Place your order on our website by 7pm Sunday for same week delivery. Deliveries take place on Fridays.
Step 2
Select delivery option. Deliveries will be on Fridays. Alternatively you can pick up during and out of business hours from the Brunkerville warehouse on Fridays or over the weekend.
Step 3
Sit back and wait for your scrumptious delivery. We’ll take care of the rest. Products arrive to our warehouse mid week for us to sort and prepare for you. Sit back and wait for your scrumptious delivery. If you choose to pick up your order, confirmation that your order is ready will be sent to you, along with the collection address in Brunkerville.
What are the delivery areas?
We are currently offering free delivery on Fridays for orders $120 and above. Orders below $120 will be $10 per delivery. The areas we deliver to are Kurri Kurri, Richmond Vale, Mulbring, Mount Vincent, Brunkerville, Elrington. Quorrobolong. Freemans Waterhole, Cooranbong. Dora Creek, Morisset. Please send us a message via the contact form to check for confirmation beyond these areas.
Can I pick up my order at a different time?
Yes. pick up is an option. Once you’ve placed your order we will send you the address for pick up in Brunkerville. Pick up is available on Fridays and over the weekend.
Do you post orders?
Yes, postage within Australia is available. Postage is via Australia Post and starts at $12.95.
What is profit for purpose?
Here at Guale Garden we strive to provide products that are aligned with our values of not only being nourishing for our health but also ethically produced. We also are committed to using 10% of profits in Guale Garden to improving accessibility to clean drinking water and sanitation in Solomon Islands.
What’s your refund policy?
Returning your order is easy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a refund or exchange.
Customers will have to pay the return shipping cost unless it was for quality or wrong items sent.
Plants cannot be returned unless there are quality issues or wrong items sent.
If you are unhappy with the quality of the plants they must be photographed on the day of receiving and emailed to us within 24 hours.
You can return or exchange any other products for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them.
